You won't feel strong on day three. You might not feel it on day thirty. But the wins are stacking anyway, quietly, underneath the days you don't feel anything at all.

It's the boring, repeated, unglamorous act of doing one small thing and then doing it again — until one ordinary morning you catch yourself moving through a hard day like it's just a day.
