Pinnacle Martial Arts is a family-owned martial arts school in San Antonio, Texas, founded by Coach Daniel Duron in 2009. Over the past 17 years, Pinnacle has built a reputation as one of the top Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and boxing gyms in the city — known for producing competitive fighters while keeping the door wide open for complete beginners. Pinnacle offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai kickboxing, American boxing, MMA, and kids martial arts starting from age 4. The curriculum is built around making training simple and approachable for brand new students without watering down the technique. Whether your child needs confidence and discipline, or you want real self-defense skills and a workout that actually challenges you, Pinnacle meets you where you are. What makes Pinnacle different is the system. The training is structured so beginners never get thrown into something they're not ready for, while experienced practitioners and competitors get the coaching they need to perform at the highest levels. The proof is in the results — Pinnacle fighters consistently compete and win at regional and national levels. Pinnacle Martial Arts is located at 4926 Golden Quail Suite 205 in San Antonio and serves families across the city including the North Side, Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, and surrounding areas. New students can book a free VIP tour or trial class to see what training at Pinnacle is all about.

We accept students starting at age 4. Our kids' program focuses on coordination, discipline, and focus before any contact, and every child progresses at their own pace.
None at all. Our system is specifically designed for complete beginners. We'll walk you through everything step by step — you'll never be thrown into something you're not ready for.
We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai kickboxing, American boxing, and MMA. Most students start with one discipline and add more as they get comfortable.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on ground grappling — controlling opponents and submitting them using technique rather than strength. MMA combines striking and grappling from multiple martial arts into one system. We teach both, and many of our students train in both.
Yes. Safety is built into how we teach. Kids learn technique, body control, and respect before any live sparring. Our coaches are experienced at working with children of all ages and temperaments.
We do. Pinnacle fighters regularly compete and win at regional and national levels. But competition is completely optional — the majority of our students train for fitness, self-defense, and personal growth.
We recommend two to three days per week to start. That's enough to build real skills and consistency. Many of our members eventually train four to five days a week as they progress.
Yes. We offer a free VIP tour and trial class so you can see the facility, meet the coaches, and experience a real class before making any commitment.
